I bring over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, spanning research, teaching, and leadership. I have held senior academic roles at the UCL Institute of Education, the University of Roehampton, and St Mary’s University. Alongside this, I have built a career in schools, teaching in both mainstream and specialist settings, where I held head of faculty and pastoral leadership roles. Beyond education, I have worked internationally as a training officer with the British Red Cross and the RSPCA. I am an experienced MAT trustee and school Chair of Governors. I have a PhD in Special Education.
