Co-design and develop frameworks, programmes, and resources that support education professionals to improve practice and outcomes at scale. This work bridges research and practice — translating evidence into tools that can be implemented across schools, trusts, local authorities and at a national level.

​Developed in partnership with local authorities, this programme continues to support young people entering care or experiencing placement changes, focusing on both social and academic transition. 

A national knowledge exchange programme connecting research, schools, Virtual Schools and social care. Delivered across 15+ local authorities and informed one of the key practitioner texts in the field: Carroll & Cameron (2017) Taking Action for Looked After Children in School 

The programme generated: 

  • Over 50 school-based case studies 

  • 8 open-access practitioner publications 

  • Evidence-informed approaches still used in practice today 

Principal Investigator, working with 14 organisations from across the supervision and education sectors to write the first national quality standards for supervision in education, addressing a critical gap in professional standards.  Co-Founder of the Supervision Education Network.
